A week long series of educational events, programs and activities that explore and celebrate the diversity of race, gender, class, sexual orientation, ability, and religion.  Leadership opportunities include planning committee membership and volunteering throughout the week.

Students of Color Conference

A statewide student leadership conference geared toward students of color in the Washington State Community and Technical College system to examine issues of diversity and multiculturalism.  Open to all Highline students with an average GPA of 2.0 or higher and demonstrates a strong interest.

Queer I Am Conference

Queer I Am is a leadership summit for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Trans*, Queer, and more (LGBTQ+) student conference held at South Puget Sound Community College. This summit aims to create a liberating educational space that engages Queer individuals and the community in developing a sense of belonging and pride in Queer culture and strengthening pathways to higher education for LGBTQ+ people. Open to all Highline students with an average GPA of 2.0 or higher and demonstrates a strong interest.
